This page explains what the Equip Accounting website collects and what we do with it.

What you send us

When you fill in the form, we receive what you type: your name and phone number, and your email, business name and message if you add them. We also receive how you found the page, such as the link or ad you came from. We use this only to answer you, and we do not sell it.

Your request is stored securely so we can follow up, and it is emailed to us so we can call you back. Our website is hosted on Vercel, requests are stored with Supabase, and notification emails are sent through Resend.

If you are a client

Clients can log in to a private portal to answer questions and send documents. Those files are stored privately, are only reachable through short-lived links after logging in, and we keep a record of who opened them. Logging in uses a one-time code sent to your email.

Counting visits

We count visits to this site without cookies. We see totals like how many people visited, your general area such as your city, how you found us, which pages you read, and whether you tapped to call or sent the form. We do not keep your IP address, and the way we tell visits apart resets every day. Your browser also remembers how you first found us. That is only sent to us if you fill in the form, so we know where the request came from.

This site does not use advertising cookies.

Spam protection

The form uses an automatic check to keep out automated spam. It does not ask you to do anything.
